1. You must run 10 minutes with HR, because the new fw don't "remember" to your earlier VO2max values. Just start a running activity, and run in medium pace, then stop/save the activity. (You need this 1st step just before the first lactate treshold measuring.)
2. Turn OFF the Auto Lap! Because it'll confuse durind the measuring workut.
3. Menü -> My Stats -> Lactate Treshold -> Go Guided Test. The select a running activity. Don't forget: HRM is needed!!!
4. Follow the on-screen instructions!
-Fist step is a 10 minutes warm-up.
-Then 4 minutes in around the HR zone 3 (the F3 will tell you the exact HR limits for this step)
-4 minutes in around the HR zone 4 (the F3 will tell you the exact HR limits for this step)
-3 minutes in around your zone 5 (the F3 will tell you the exact HR limits for this step)
-Workout ended, F3 displays your lactate treshold and the value associated pace. (Later you'll find this values in Menü -> My Stats -> Lactate Treshold) After a lactate treshold measuring workout the F3 asks: do you need racalculate your HR zones based the new LTHR? If select YES, your zones will recalculated on F3, but not will synced up to the Connect!
