| start of the race very fast in front. Managed to get from position 5 to position 2 at the end of lap 1. Then kept the top runner 30m in front of me on the second loop. He made a wrong turn i told him and he kept the lead. Accelerated to increase the reduced gap but it was not a good tactic. I was still 30m behind at the end of lap 2, but was chasing now. Get back on the other side of the river, then accelerated to pass him on the back pitch, and ran to a second victory on parkrun #4 in a good 18'03". Did not watch the time for the whole race, was good. Helen finished 3rd with a new PB and a female victory. | |||||
